Xfit WOD:

  • AMRAP (in a Team of 3) in 31 minutes
  • 29 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • 29 Front Squats (95/65 lb)
  • 29 Box Jumps (24/20”)
  • 29 K2E
  • 29 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lb)

Each partner must perform a 1 mile run at some point during the WOD.

On a 31-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work in the order written. One partner works at a time (“you-go-I-go” style) on the AMRAP portion of the workout. A third partner may perform their mile run while the other two partners alternate on the AMRAP. Each partner must complete a 1 mile run before the 31 minutes is up.
