**note** I’m out next week and won’t be posting any WOD’s. The following week the Y is closed. We’ll resume class after Labor Day, 9/7/22.

Warm up:

Warmy+

Xfit WOD:

WOD #1, in 10 minutes accumulate as many burpees as possible.

P1 starts on burpees while P2 performs 10 weighted lunges (front rack, 95/65) each leg, switch.

Rest 1 minute

WOD #2, in 10 minutes run as many laps as you and your partner can while holding front rack plates.

Rest 1 minute

WOD #3, in 10 minutes accumulate as many power cleans (95/65) as possible.

While P1 is working, P2 is holding a 1 minute plank. P1 calls time at 55 seconds, switch.

Pull up work:
