Warm up:

Warmy+

4×4 power cleans + run down and back.

Xfit WOD:

AMRAP in 5 minutes of;

5 pull ups

3 deadlifts (155/95)

Rest 30 seconds…then

AMRAP in 10 minutes of;

7 push ups

10 lunges (L = 1, R = 2) front rack (95/65)

Rest 1 minute…then

AMRAP in 15 minutes of;

2 deadlifts (155/95)

4 pull ups

6 push ups

8 lunges (95/65)

Pull up if necessary (depending on how many pulls you accomplished during WOD, minimum 58 pulls.
