Warm Up:

3 full sets of; 2 deadlifts to 2 hang cleans to 2 front squats + 20 DU’s (3:1 singles)

Xfit WOD:

Station #1, 10 minutes of;

40 K2E

40 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Station #2, 10 minutes of;

40 Front Squats (95/65)

40 Cal Rows, or DU – 80 reps (3:1 singles)

Station #3, 10 minutes of;

40 Deadlifts (115/75)

40 Pull Ups

**At each station, partners split reps and then switch exercises. For example, P1 starts at K2E’s while P2 jumps. Each partner completes 20 reps and then switches.

***1 minute rest in between stations.

Couch stretch, 2×1 minute for each leg. Then 3 minutes bottom position squat hold
