Warm up workout 3×5 push presses (95,115,135/65,75,85)
Xfit WOD:
Teams of 3 complete 10 rounds for time of;
5 push presses (115#/75#)
10 Bulgarian squats (holding 25#/10# plate, 5 each leg – 12″ box jump height)
3,2,1…go, the team (each athlete) jump 50 DU’s then athlete 1 starts at push press, athlete 2 hollow hold and athlete 3 Bulgarian squat. Athlete 2 must hold hollow until athlete 1 and 3 finish their exercises. Finish WOD by jumping 150 DU’s (each athlete).
