Xfit WOD:
Teams of 3 will perform the following for time;
100 squat cleans (135#/75#)
200 weighted push up’s (25#/10#)
300 wall balls (20#/14#)
450 DU’s (600 single skips)
Determine between teammates the breakdown of reps (stay with that sequence until finished). Only one athlete working at a time, athletes 2 & 3, one in plank position the other doing jumping jacks. During DU’s (singles) the team can jump at the same time.

Extra credit:
75 ball slams
3:30 cut off time
