Xfit WOD:
Teams of 3 or 4, 15 minutes of;
AMRAP front squat (95/65)
AMRAP burpees
One suicide
At one end of the gym an athlete will perform front squats and at the other end an athlete will perform burpees. Athlete 3 (and maybe 4) runs a suicide then exchanges places with athlete 1 or 2 depending on which side of the gym they finish on. The goal is to complete as many reps as possible as a team within 15 minutes.
