5×2 (sequence of; deads, HPC, PP) (95/65)
10 DU’s in between sets

Xfit WOD:

Teams of 2 complete the following for time;
10,9,8,7,6 of front squat (125/75)
20 box jumps (in between sets) (24/20)
5,4,3,2,1 of squat cleans (155/95)
10 box jumps (in between sets) (30/24)
Finish with 100 DU’s (3:1 singles) both athletes can jump at the same time.

**Only one athlete working at a time**
