16 total sprints – P1 stands at one end of the field, P2 stands at the other end, P1 runs the length of the field tags P2, P2 runs length of the field and as soon as he/she raises their arm to indicate they have crossed the line that = 2 sprints. Continue this until all 16 sprints have been completed.

Teams of 2 complete 4 rounds of:
16 total deadlifts (115/75)
16 total hang cleans (115/75)
16 total lunges (115/75)
16 total push presses (115/75)
**each athlete completes 8 reps per exercise x 4 rounds.
