100 DU’s (sub 2 suicides for DU’s)

Then…

7 rds, 9 reps of;

Deadlifts (185/135) each partner 

9 rds, 7 reps of;

Burpee over bar, each partner 

7 rds, 9 reps of;

Lunges (front rack) (95/65) each partner

9 rds, 7 reps of;
Push press (95/65) each partner 

Cash out;

50 DU’s (1 suicide for DU’s)

Time cap 24 minutes.
