Even Minutes – 4 Back Squats (115/75)
Xfit WOD:

Even minutes – Bear Complex
Odd minutes – Round of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats)
The “Bear” complex is the following:
5 deadlift (95/65)
5 hang power clean
5 thrusters
Use a partner and alternate rounds for 10 each. Scale Cindy to 3, 6, 9 to complete within the minute. If pull up bar is in use run to opposite baseline then pushups and BW squats.
