60 total partner wall ball sit up’s + burpee – P1 performs the sit up while P2 completes a burpee. P1 passes wall ball to P2 to perform wall ball sit up while P1 completes a burpee. This would equal 4 total reps, 56 to go.
Then…5 rounds (each partner) for time of;
20 wall balls
15 slam ball over shoulder (AHAP)
10 (5 each leg) OH lunges, 95/65
5 stick jumps (24″/20″)
