50 power cleans (95/65) split between partners…then
800M run (Once P1 completes one lap, P2 starts. When P1 finishes, he/she broad jumps while throwing wall ball to mid field. Once P2 finishes his/her run, if P1 has completed broad jumps P2 starts at mid field and heads North to opposite baseline. Rest only occurs if partner is still broad jumping.). Repeat two more times.
Finish with a 2 minute plank hold (in push up position)
