Happy Thanksgiving!

A request was made to start today’s class a little later than the usual time. Start time will be at 6am. Some of us may be on time….😀

Warm up:

Warmy+

30/15/15 – skip rope first 30 secs, squat the next 15 secs then rest for 15 secs. Repeat 4 more times.

Xfit WOD:

Today’s numbers mean something, can you guess? Hint, think about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln and their roles in Thanksgiving.

Teams of 2 complete the following in 31:05;

112 Slam Balls 30/20

112 Back Squat to wall ball (75/55)

112 Hang snatch/Push Press (75/55), 58 each

112 Simultaneous lunges (partners will switch off holding wall ball during duration of exercise)

Pull up work;
