Round 1;
P1 completes weighted lunges, baseline to baseline (front rack, 75/55) while P2 completes 25 Wall balls and burpees…start next round when both athletes have completed lunges and WB/burpee combo.
Round 2;
P1 completes weighted lunges, baseline to opposite free throw line and back (front rack, 95/65) while P2 completes 20 Wall balls and burpees…start next round when both athletes have completed lunges and WB/burpee combo.
Round 3;
P1 completes weighted lunges, baseline to half court and back (front rack, 115/75) while P2 completes 15 Wall balls and burpees…start next round when both athletes have completed lunges and WB/burpee combo.
Round 4;
P1 completes weighted lunges, baseline to free throw line and back (front rack, 135/95) while P2 completes 10 Wall balls and burpees.
