Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
Burpees
400 meter Run
21-15-9 Reps of:
Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
Burpees
400 meter run

**partners run together then P1 starts on thrusters while P2 begins burpees. Each partner must complete the Rx’d reps before switching. Only when 21, 15 and 9 thrusters and burpees (performed by each athlete) are done can the next 400M run begin.
