5×3 combo of power clean, front squat and push press (meaning 3 PC, 3 FS and 3 PP = 1 set) + 20 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

For time, 2 rounds of;

100 pull ups (use band for assist)

100 Wall Balls (20/14)

100 HRPU

100 back squats (95/65)

100 box jumps (24/20″)

100 hang snatch (75/55)

**Split reps between your partner**

Pull up work;

5×5, lower for 3 secs on each rep.
