31 row for cals, 30 wall balls

31 thrusters 95/75, 30 push ups

31 pull ups, 30 KB or dumbbell snatch (53/35) 45 second pull up bar hold

31 push press (95/65) 30 lunges

31 KB Swings, 30 sit ups

Cash out 41 second handstand hold

Cash out + 44 second bear crawl

**Teams of two, each athlete completes each exercise before moving to next set.
