Xfit WOD:
30, 20 & 10 wall balls (20/14)
30, 20 & 10 burpees (touch wall 6″ above your highest hand height)
30, 20 & 10 power snatch (95/65)
30, 20 & 10 pull ups
30, 20 & 10 K2E
30, 20 & 10 KB swing 53/35)
**P1 starts at wall balls while P2 on burpees. Once each athlete completes both exercises switch to next station. Complete the 30’s then move to the 20’s…etc.
