Xfit WOD;

WOD 1

EMOM for 12 minutes of;

KB Swings (53/35) – start with 1 rep and increase the rep count by 1 with each minute.

Rest 2 minutes

WOD 2

EMOM for 10 minutes of;

3 thrusters (75/55)

4 T2B or K2B

5 HRPU’s

Once time expires, P2 will rest while P1 finishes his/her last 2 minutes. P2 will then begin while P1 rests. P1 will then start once his/her 2 minutes is up.
