Warm up:

Warmy+

5×5 yard sled push + 10 HRPU’s

Happy, happy, happy Birthday (Neil, Peter and Chuck) WOD;

Station 1, 10 minute AMRAP of:

10 Wall balls over field goal crossbar while partner holds plank

Station 2 – complete entire work

42 yard sled push while partner completes 42 squats. Switch. Then 46 yard sled push while partner completes 46 squats Switch. Then 48 yard sled push while partner completes 48 squats.

**25#x2 plates for men 10#x2 plates for women. First sled push both plates. Second push reduce a plate. Last push zero plates.

Station 3, 10 minutes AMRAP of;

20 yards leap frog burpees with partner then bear crawl back…repeat
