Warm up:

Warmy+

3×5 Power cleans + 100m run in between sets

Xfit WOD:

In teams of 2, complete the following:

Buy in 400M run

At the goal line push weight to 10 yard line and complete 10 deads (185/115)

Push weight to 20 yard line and complete 20 bar facing burpees (185/115)

Push weight to 30 yard line and complete 30 bent over rows (115/75)

Push weight to 40 yard line and complete 40 front squats (95/65)

Push weight to 50 yard line and complete 50 hang snatch (75/55)

Go back down the ladder pushing weight to 40 yard line and completing 40 front squats…etc.

Cash out 400m run.
