3,2,1…go P1 grabs KB and begins walking around the field while P2 begins to wall ball wearing a weighted vest. Once P1 returns to where they started, P2 stops and let’s their partner know how many reps were completed. P2 heads off walking around the field while P1 starts to wall ball while wearing a weighted vest. Once P2 returns, the reps are added then subtracted from 500. The remaining rep count will be performed between the following exercises; KB swings, HRPUs and KB squats.
For example, if a total of 200 wall balls were completed, 500-200=300 use the above 3 exercises to finish the 300 reps (total) while wearing a vest.
