Warm up:

3×200 meter run or row + 25 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

  • 4 Rounds for Time (with a Partner)
  • 19 Synchro Lunges (45/25 lb)
  • 19 Synchro Push-Ups
  • 95 Wall Ball Cleans (20/14 lb)
  • Buy-Out: 168 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 4 rounds. The pair must accomplish the Lunges and Push-Ups synchronized together. The Wall Ball Cleans can be split between the team. No minimum work required. To complete the workout, the buy-out of 168 Burpee Box Jumps must be accomplished by the team. Only one athlete works at a time.
