5,5,3,3 of wall ball cleans, burpees over wall ball and lunges with wall ball overhead
Xfit WOD:
- AMRAP in 20 minutes
- 10 Hang cleans (95/65)
- 10 wall balls (20/14)
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Cash out; run 3 times around field in a line with last person holding a wall ball and running up to the front of the line. Pass wall ball to person behind you until it gets to the last runner in line, they then run to the front of the line.
