  • For Time (with a Partner)
  • Buy-In: 400 meter Barbell Carry (switch as needed)
  • Directly into:
  • 150 KB Swings (53/35)
  • 200 Ruck Sit-Ups
  • 200 Ruck Lunges (20/10)
  • 150 Push press (75/55)
  • Buy-Out: 200 meter Barbell Carry (switch as needed)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Switch as needed in the Barbell Carry. Split the reps however you choose with one person working at a time.
