Hey Xfitter’s, a quick public service announcement. I received an email from the Y who made it clear that the following needs to happen for our “class” to stay afloat.
1. Masks need to be worn while in the building. That means while equipment is been taken out and put away as well as if you use the facilities.
2. Please continue to register for our “class”. It may make it or break it for us to have a place to workout as the weather turns.
3. Keep your distance from those who share the field with us. I’ve been told that the higher ups at the Y have established “areas” for each “class” to run their respective workouts. I honestly don’t know what our “area” is but we’ll occupy our current area.
4. We’re required to clean “spray” down our equipment after each workout. I’ll leave it at that.

3×3 ground to overhead + 3×3 back squats. 20 jumping jacks in between sets.
Xfit WOD;

Power cleans (95/65)
Push ups
Burpee box jump (24/20) alternate your Rx’d reps with partner.
Pull ups
3×10 + 2×5 with 10 sec hold
