Xfit WOD:

Station 1;

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

P1 – 10 bar facing burpees

P2 – as many calorie rows while partner completes burpee count.

Switch, moving back and forth for the remaining time.

Station 2;

AMRAP in 10 minutes of;

10 deadlifts (185/115)

10 box jumps (24/20”)

Station 3;

AMRAP in 10 minutes of;

5 front squats (135/75)

5 HSPU’s

There will be a 1 minute rest in between WOD’s.

Pull up work;
