Xfit WOD;

  • AMRAP (with a Partner) in 25 minutes
  • 50 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 800 meter Run
  • 50 hang cleans (95/65)
  • 600 meter Run
  • 50 KB swings (53/35)
  • 400 meter Run

“You go-I go” style where 2 or 3 partners will go through the barbell movements attempting to partition reps as evenly as possible. The run will be a classic “partner run” where athletes will run together.
