Hello everyone! Over the weekend I received an email from the Lifestyle Medicine Coordinator, Cate Plekon. You may have seen her on Friday speaking to Darren briefly. The email states how important it is for everyone to check in at the front desk, get your temperature checked and scan your bar code to enter the building safely. She mentions in her email that only 3 people were registered yet she counted 7 out on the field. She also mentions the Y will be doing some renovations starting soon and if our registration is low our class won’t exist at the Y. I know this isn’t ideal for everyone but as the weather turns, playing by the rules will allow us to workout inside and stay fit!  You can sign in via THIS LINK and register for classes up to 5 days in advance. P1 runs 1.25 miles – 6 laps (wearing a weighted vest) while P2 completes AMRAP of; 10 wall ball sit up’s, 10 push up’s and 10 thrusters (barbell only). Switch once P1 finishes their run.
