**reps are split. During swings and wall balls, while P1 is working P2 is hanging from the bar. As long as P2 can hang without dropping before P1 finishes there’s no penalty. If an athlete drops, each partner completes 5 burpees then can resume.
Pull up work;
7×3 strict, on last rep lower slowly for 5 secs.
