From the text thread it looks like Lisa’s place is open. If you plan on showing up make sure you’re ready to go at 5:30am. As for equipment, bring KB’s (53) men and (35) women…(15) for peters 🙂 For those who don’t show up, 1000 burpees in your garage.

Warm Up:

Warmy+

3 rds of; 5 KB swings, 5 push up’s, 5 KB squats

Xfit WOD:

Buy-in –

1 HRPU – 10 KB snatches

3 HRPU’s – 6 KB snatches

6 HRPU’s – 3 KB snatches

10 HRPU’s – 1 KB snatch

Then…5 rds. for time of;

20 KB swings (53/35)

20 walking lunges (ea. leg) while holding a KB

**A penalty of 10 push ups is assessed if the KB is dropped at any time during the WOD. Complete the Rx’d rep count then continue where you left off.
