Ankle Joint Mob #2

Two mobilizations today. Both will work on freeing up the ankle. You’ll need a lacrosse ball to assist with each mob. We’re at 7 minutes today in the bottom position.

Warm up:

Warmy+

3×3 Sumo deadlifts + Sumo high pulls + 15 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

Part 1, AMRAP 3 minutes of;

20 Cal rows

30 Wall balls

20 T2B

30 Ball slams

20 SDHP’s (105)

30 HRPU’s

20 Push press (105)

100 Lunges (R=1, L=2…etc.)

Rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 6 minutes of;

Same workout as above

Rest 2 minutes

For time

Same workout as above

Pull up work;

3×10, + 2×5 (3 sec hold on the way down)
