“The Mustache” WOD
5 stations, 26 reps, 21 minute AMRAP of;
Buy-in 2 lap run + 10 burpees, Darren, the whistle blower, will monitor the form on burpees – if he calls you out add a burpee. 21 minute time will start once everyone has completed their Rx’d burpee count or whoever is last (if you’re last Darren doesn’t like your burpees) class waits for you before starting time.
