5×5 Zombie Squats (hold in bottom position for 5 secs on last rep of each set) + 5 burpees

Xfit WOD:

5 rds for time of;

7 power cleans (115/75)

Odd rds complete 25 reps of KB Swings and goblin squats (53/35)

Even rds complete 50 reps of KB Swings and goblin squats (53/35)

Finish each rd with a waiter walk (P1 walks to the east P2 back to the west.)

Pull up work;

5×7 (3 sec to starting position on even reps)
