Take 5 minutes and warm up on today’s exercises
Xfit WOD:
- For Time (with a Partner)
- 800M Run
- 90 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- 80 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
- 70 Burpees
- 60 Wall Ball Shots
- 50 Plate Overhead Lunges (35/15)
- 40 Toes-to-Bars
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (53/35)
- 20 Pull-Ups
- 800M Run
- Repeat back up the ladder to the top.
- Time Cap 40 minutes
Then let’s go grab coffee!
