Warm Up:

5×3 of GTO + box step overs x10 (total)

Xfit WOD:

Partners start at South side of the field, 3,2,1…go – simultaneously they complete 13 push ups then run to mid field were the next exercise will be (24/20″ box jumps.) P1 will complete 13 jumps while P2 continues to run to North side of the field then back to box jumps. P2 will then complete 13 jumps while P1 runs to the North side of the field and all the way back to the South side where P1 and P2 meet up to perform the next couplet.

Similar to the previous couplet, replace push ups with front squats (one athlete working at a time) at 115/75. The run and box jump sequence is the same.

Complete 7 rounds (each couplet) for time.
