1,2,3…10 – P2 completes thrusters (95/65)

1,2,3…10 – P1 completes burpees over bar

10,9,8…1 – P2 completes burpees over bar

10,9,8…1 – P1 completes power snatches (75/55)

1,2,3…10 – P2 completes power snatches (75/55)

**P1 completes 10 then P2, 1 rep. P1 completes 9 reps then P2, 2 reps. Complete this sequence until P2 finishes with 10 reps and P1 finishes with 1 rep. One person working at a time.
