Warm up:

Warmy+

3×30 sec on 30 sec off of;

Bear crawl

Walking lunges (forward)

Sit ups

Xfit WOD:

  • For Time
  • Tabata Back Squats (95/65 lb)
  • Continue until 100 Back Squats are completed

Perform max back squats in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat until 100 back squats are completed. Cut off time = 10 mins

1 minute rest…then

75 Box jump burpees ( alternate with partner)

Pull up work;

10,8,7,6,6
