A set of “Cindy” while partner hangs from pull up bar.
**every third set add one round of “Cindy”.
***if partner drops from the bar, partner who’s working needs to stop until partner is back up on bar.
Plenty of pull ups today so we’ll do two couch stretches each for 1 minute (ea leg) and squat hold in bottom position for 3 minutes.
