- Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes
- 3 Barbell Complex – 1 deadlift, 1 hang clean, 1 front squat and 1 push press (95/65)
- 8 Gorilla Burpees*
- *1 Gorilla Burpee consists of:
- 1 Right Leg Lunge
- 1 Left Leg Lunge
- 1 Air Squat
- 1 Burpee
On a 30-minute clock, every 3 minutes on the minute complete 3 barbell complex and 8 Gorilla Burpees for 10 rounds.
