Warm up:

Warmy+

4×3 Clusters + 20 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

  • Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes
  • 3 Barbell Complex – 1 deadlift, 1 hang clean, 1 front squat and 1 push press (95/65)
  • 8 Gorilla Burpees*
  • *1 Gorilla Burpee consists of:
  • 1 Right Leg Lunge
  • 1 Left Leg Lunge
  • 1 Air Squat
  • 1 Burpee

On a 30-minute clock, every 3 minutes on the minute complete 3 barbell complex and 8 Gorilla Burpees for 10 rounds.

Pull up work;
