Warm up:

Warmy+

Tabata, 3 rounds of;

Lunges

Plate to overhead (25/15)

Hold bottom position squat while holding plate (15/10)

Hold from bar

Xfit WOD:

Station 1:

10 minutes of;

P1 pushes plate to baseline while P2 completes 5 burpees. P2 runs down to baseline and pushes plate back while P1 completes 5 burpees. Continue until time expires.

Rest 1 minute

15 minutes of;

10 Wall ball

10 Push ups

**one partner works WB while the other works push ups, switch. At the top of every 2 minutes perform 5 K2E.

Pull up work;

10,7,6,6,5
