  • For Time
  • 1 mile Run (each partner completes 800M)
  • 125 Pull-Ups
  • 250 Push-Ups
  • 375 Air Squats
  • 1 mile Run (each partner completes 800M)

Cash out: 4:00 plank hold

Pull ups, push ups and squats are split. Wear weighted vest on runs only (20/14#’s)
