Xfit WOD:
- EMOM for as Long as Possible
- 7 Thrusters (75/55 lb)
- 7 Pull-Ups
- 7 Burpees
**P1 starts and completes AMRAP w/in the minute. If P1 completes the 21 reps before the minute is up they rest then P2 starts at the top of the minute and attempts to complete 21 reps. As time goes along all reps won’t be completed within the minute, so if P1 completes 18 within the minute P2 will complete the remaining 3 burpees then start with their thrusters and do AMRAP with the remaining time. Time is called when either partner is having to attempt pull-ups.
Couch stretch 2×2 minutes both legs + 4×12 push ups.
