Xfit WOD:

  • 5 rounds of
  • 12 deadlifts 135/95
  • 24 air squats
  • 9 hang cleans (95/65)
  • 12 sit ups
  • 9 push press (95/65)
  • 30 DU’s (3:1 singles)

Pull up work;

6,5,5,4,3 = 23
