Tabata, 3 rds. of; Bar only back squats, HRPUs, Wall Ball Cleans, Plank taps

Xfit WOD:

Station #1, 10 rounds of;

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

5 Burpees

**P1 completes 10 WBs while P2 completes 5 burpees. Once both partners have finished the Rx’d rep, switch. Each partner completes 100 WBs and 50 Burpees.

Station #2, 10 rounds of;

10 Slam Balls (AHAP)

5 Front Squats (115/75)

**P1 completes 10 slam balls while P2 completes 5 front squats. Once both partners have finished the Rx’d rep, switch. Each partner completes 100 Slam Balls and 50 Front Squats.
