Warm Up:

Warmy+

2 rounds of the following:

  1. 10 Jumping jacks
  2. 10 Push ups
  3. 10 Burpee to wall ball catches with partner (2′, 4′, 6′, 8′, 10′ apart from your partner)
  4. 10 Squats
  5. 5 inch worms to plank, hold plank for 5 secs

Xfit WOD:

  • 5 Rounds For Time
  • 16 Wall Ball Cleans (20/14)
  • 16 HRPU’s
  • 400 meter Run (partners complete first two exercises then run together)
  • 16 Burpees (one after the other with your partner)
  • 16 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

**Rep count is each.
