- 5 inch worms to plank, hold plank for 5 secs

- 5 Rounds For Time
- 16 Wall Ball Cleans (20/14)
- 16 HRPU’s
- 400 meter Run (partners complete first two exercises then run together)
- 16 Burpees (one after the other with your partner)
- 16 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
