🔥 Partner WOD: “Field of Gains” (30 Minutes AMRAP)

  • 200m Easy Jog
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 KB Deadlifts (light to moderate)
  • 10 Empty Barbell Power Cleans (each)
  • 10 Wall Balls (light pace)

🔥 The WOD: 30-Minute Partner AMRAP

Goal: Max rounds. Split reps however you’d like unless noted. Only one partner works at a time unless stated.

  1. 200m Partner Run (together)
  2. 20 Squat Cleans (95/65#)
  3. 30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
  4. 30 Wall Balls (20/14#)
  5. 20 Synchronized Sit-ups
  6. 10 Burpees Over Bar (each)
  7. 30 Walking Lunges (each partner – bodyweight)
  8. 20 Power Cleans (95/65#)
  9. 20 KB Goblet Squats (53/35#)

Cash out: Once time as expired, between you and your partner complete 6 (TOTAL) baseline to baseline sprints out on the field.
