- 30 Wall Balls (20/14#)
- 20 Synchronized Sit-ups
- 10 Burpees Over Bar (each)
- 30 Walking Lunges (each partner – bodyweight)
- 20 Power Cleans (95/65#)
- 20 KB Goblet Squats (53/35#)
Cash out: Once time as expired, between you and your partner complete 6 (TOTAL) baseline to baseline sprints out on the field.
