  • Each partner runs 2 laps around the gym

  • • 10 burpees
  • • 20 squat clean (95/65)
  • • 30 pull ups
  • • 40 lunges (Hold KB, 53/35)
  • • 50 slam balls

Couch stretch 2×1 + 3 minute bottom squat hold
