It was Chris’ birthday Monday and Jason forgot it…so, we’re celebrating tomorrow and excited to see how Chris performs during his birthday WOD

Warm Up:

Warmy+

Take 5 minutes and warm up on today’s exercises.

Xfit WOD:

Complete the following for time:

198 Box Jumps (24″)

198 DU’s (2:1 single skips)

198 Abmat Sit Ups

198 Squats holding a 25# plate

198 Hang Cleans (75/55)

198 Bear Crawl (left leg = 1, right leg = 2 all the way to 50 for a front crawl) then same sequence but backwards

198 HRUPs

**reps are split, each partner will complete 99 total reps with each exercise (except bear crawl, 100 reps/partner is required, 50 total front crawl and 50 total backwards)

Try to finish each exercise within ~5-6minutes to stay under the time cap.

Time Cap: 43 minutes
